Email collection goes through the Formspree service (form) and our emails are hosted by our email provider. These providers only use your data to deliver their service.

3. Terms of sale

These terms will apply once sales/pre-orders open. The site currently operates as a waitlist: no firm order or payment is possible to date.

Article 1 — Products

My Brick Lab offers personalized figures, assembled from brand-new compatible building bricks, delivered as a buildable kit with a step-by-step guide. As each figure is composed to the customer's choices (face, hair, outfit, colors, accessories), it is a made-to-order, custom product.

Article 2 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. A figure is offered at €29 (any options, such as the name base, are billed separately and shown before checkout). Shipping costs are shown before the order is finalized.

Article 3 — Order and payment

The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and full payment. Payment is made via the secure methods offered at launch.

Article 4 — Production and delivery

As figures are made to order, a preparation time is indicated at checkout. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for its accuracy. We currently ship within Europe.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal and returns

Important: in accordance with Article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As our figures are fully personalized, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except for a defective product (see Article 6).

Article 6 — Defective product

If a product arrives damaged or with a missing part, contact us within 14 days at contact@mybricklab.fr with a photo. We will replace the affected part(s) or the product. Statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply as provided by law.

Article 7 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
